All new equipment sold by elephantfitness.ie is covered by a minimum one-year warranty.

Warranty for commercial equipment varies, please contact us to clarify warranty status on individual equipment.

Warranty covers goods sold in Ireland only.

Warranty terms do not cover damage arising from improper use, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, alteration, misuse, negligence, or otherwise not arising from defects of material or workmanship.

If an item develops a fault, please contact us stating the equipment you have, and a brief description of the fault.

Elephantfitness.ie will either arrange to send a part for the customer to fit, or we will collect the faulty item and arrange to repair or replace the item and deliver the goods back to the customer at our expense. Goods must be well packaged prior to collection.

We want you to be 100% with your purchase.

Non-defective goods can be returned up to 14 days after delivery.

• All goods must be in a new resalable condition, the item must not be defective or used.
• All goods must contain all original parts, including all packaging and tags etc.
• Any items returned for refund or exchange without original documentation, packaging etc will be rejected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Important: Shipping, collection and warehouse costs will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Once we have the product in the warehouse checked by our technicians, we will make the refund within a maximum period of 7 business days.
