- All goods must be in a new resalable condition the item must not be defective or used.
All goods must contain all original parts including all packaging and tags etc.
- Any items returned for refund or exchange without original documentation, packaging etc will be rejected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Important: Shipping, collection and warehouse costs will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Once we have the product in the warehouse checked by our technicians, we will make the refund within a maximum period of 7 business days.
Yes, you can collect your order by appointment form our warehouse in Portlaoise.
